Class Schedule

  • SilverSneakers: Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

  • Water Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.​

  • Zumba (Low Intensity): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.​

  • Zumba (High Intensity): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.​

SilverSneakers is a welcoming, senior-focused fitness class designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall mobility in a safe and supportive environment. This class uses light weights, resistance tools, and chair-based or standing exercises to help increase muscle tone, joint stability, and confidence in everyday movements. Perfect for all ability levels, SilverSneakers emphasizes functional fitness, social connection, and staying active for life - helping participants feel stronger, more independent, and energized both in and out of class. ​

Water Aerobics is a low-impact, full-body workout performed in the pool that's easy on the joints but effective for building strength and endurance. Using the natural resistance of water, this class combines cardio, strength and mobility exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Water Aerobics is ideal for all fitness levels – especially those seeking a gentler workout, recovering from injury, or looking for a refreshing way to stay active. Expect an energizing, supportive environment that leaves you feeling strong and refreshed. 

Zumba is a high-energy, dance-inspired cardio class that feels more like a party than a workout. Set to upbeat Latin and international music, this class blends easy-to-follow dance moves with intervals of higher- and lower-intensity to boost your heart rate, burn calories, and improve coordination. No dance experience required – just come ready to move, sweat and have fun. Zumba is perfect for all fitness levels and is great to improve endurance, tone muscles and leave class feeling energized and smiling.
